Club fitting faqs
We believe that EVERY golfer can benefit from a fitting/swing analysis. The higher the handicap or less experienced golfers can benefit the most.
Of course! We all started somewhere and we specialize in fitting new golfers into the perfect size for them.
We use Foresight GC Quad for full swing fittings and SAM Puttlab for putter fittings.
For over 45 years we have been at the forefront of custom fitting. The experience of our fitters combined with our investment in the latest launch monitor technology and fitting components (over 60,000 possible combinations) provides tremendous value!
Yes, the fitting fee is a separate charge and is not applied to any purchases.
All of our equipment pricing matches the OEM’s suggested retail price.

Yes. We generally recommend that golfers only do 1 fitting per day as we are trying to maximize “fresh” swings. If you feel able, you are more than welcome to book more than 1 session.

Great question! We simply ask that you have been swinging or playing golf in the weeks leading up to the fitting. On the day of, come in fresh so we can maximize your time.
We ask that you bring your current set of clubs for us to evaluate and create baseline data with. Don’t have clubs? Don’t worry! We can build a demo that closely matches what you use.
Pete’s Golf carries all major manufacturers as well as certain boutique manufacturers.
You are not obligated to purchase anything. Your only responsibility is to pay for your fitting.
Yes we do! We will only accept them if you are making a purchase of new clubs.
There are plenty of metered parking spaces on Jerich Turnpike and parking on the residential blocks behind our shop. Bring quarters and read the signs!!
Correct. We have a fitting studio at LAB 18 in Roslyn. Fittings and pricing are the same (we do not perform putter fittings at this location). You can schedule appointments online as well.

Yes!
We do both! From new builds to total rebuilds.
In most cases yes. Some materials are more malleable than others. Bring the clubs in so our customer service team can advise you.
In most cases, yes. Some putter designs do not allow for any alterations.
This happens every day. We keep a large inventory of new old stock, new pullouts, and the modern version of most shaft profiles. Chances are we have what you need or the closest thing to it.
We get this question a lot! Yep, we can install custom ferrules.
As well as being a custom fitting facility, Pete’s Golf is also a custom building and repair shop.
We can reshaft irons, woods and putters.
Most clubs can be adjusted for loft/lie, call the shop for more information.
Most putters can be adjusted and/or repaired, call the shop for more information.
